1. Find your Biomedical Module quiz response. You should have received an email after submitting the module quiz.

2. Click on ‘View Score.’

3. Copy and paste the link that opens up when you click ‘View Score’ into the Biomedical Module link question in the google form below.

4. Repeat the previous steps for the Behavioral Module and Sociocultural Module quizzes too.
