Module 1: Introduction to NAB

Module Description

The first training module introduces volunteers to the history, vision, and goal of National Alzheimer's Buddies through an informative video presentation. Volunteers will gain insight into the organization's founding principles and its mission to support individuals affected by Alzheimer's disease. The module will outline volunteers' roles and responsibilities, emphasizing the importance of compassion, patience, and understanding in their interactions with Alzheimer's patients. Additionally, volunteers will be introduced to the diverse opportunities available within National Alzheimer's Buddies, providing a comprehensive overview of how they can contribute to the organization's meaningful work.
